Signer must be present at signing. In the event the signer cannot be present, the identity of the signer can be established by the oath of witness(es). Please contact for further details if that is the case.
What Identification To Bring
Provided it is current or was issued within 5 years, only ONE of the following is needed:
An identification card or driver’s license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles
A United States passport
Other forms of identification accepted. Please contact for more info.
How much is a notarization?
Notarizations start at $15 per signature.
Loan signings start at $100.
An additional travel fee applies. Travel fees vary depending on location and time of signing.
